Fix

Fix is £295, paid once, for one piece of work. This draft does not promise a refund after the work has started. If you have paid and the work has not started, email info@witnes.app and ask. The owner still needs to confirm that rule.

Distance selling

If you are a consumer buying at a distance, UK law can give a cooling-off period. It can also end early if you ask for the work to start inside that period. This draft does not decide which applies to you. The owner needs to confirm that with an adviser before this page is treated as the policy.

Visibility

Setup is £395, charged once. The monthly fee is £295 until you cancel. Cancel in the Stripe billing page linked after payment, or email info@witnes.app. This draft does not set a separate refund for the setup fee after the first build has started. The owner needs to confirm that.

What a refund is not

Paying does not buy a ranking. A later test that does not name you is not a failed order. AI answers vary.
